4 Simple Tips to Have a Good Day

Everyday you have a bunch of things to do, but sometimes your day start wrong and you rush all day and feel bad. So, here I’ll give 4 simple tips for you have a good day – probably you already hear about this, but never believe, but try this time! Because some simple things like these can make you feel better and have a really nice day. So let’s start:

1. Wake Up to Pleasant Sounds

If someday, someone said to you that the best way to wake up was with the blaring of an alarm clock beeping loudly into your subconscious, well…he was wrong! A good morning starts with waking up gently and serenely, and that has a lot to do with those first early morning sounds. Through repetition (and perhaps a few backup alarms until you get the hang of it), you can train your body to wake up to the sound of anything. Find sounds that soothe you: wind chimes, bells or your favorite music.

2. Eat a Good Breakfast

Yes, the first meal of the day and it’s also the most important. So you need to have some time to eat right – a well balanced meal – because then you’re giving your body fuel for the morning.Have a Good Day

Reinagel also explains that the link between skipping breakfast and increased weight is likely behavioral—compensating with snacks and/or eating more later—and therefore not inevitable. Some say that skipping breakfast may even lead to diabetes as well as coronary disease.

3. Take a Moment To Assess Yourself

Don’t jump out of bed right when you open your eyes in the morning. Instead, take five minutes to pay attention to your body and notice if you feel any stiffness, then do some light stretching while breathing deeply. Put your alarm 15 minutes before your usual time that you wake up.  You will see that you will fell better and happier.

4. Begin the Day With a Glass of Water.

Being hydrated can make you feel a lot better and it is a good way to start the day. Plus drinking plenty of water is great for your skin, but also drinking water first thing in the morning increases the rate at which new muscle and blood cells are produced. When you consume about 16 ounces of water (chilled), you will boost your body’s metabolism by abut 24% thus help you lose those extra pounds.
